Abstract


This paper is a review of the main principles, architectures and challenges designed for ensuring the integrity , internal control and security of Embedded Systems based of Field - Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) technology , such as cryptographic devices and modules or monit oring devices of distant sensitive data.
